I visited Dubai's Chillout ice lounge, the old historic district, Al Fahidi, rode a dhow to get to some souqs and had some amazing tea.

Just a few minutes out of Dubai we have Sharjah, rich in history and culture. Definitely worth a stop! Also in this video we explore the Deira District, which is souq (souk) planet! So many herbs, textiles, jewlery, and more.
