  • I was having a very stressful day and came across your class. After praying for God to remove some of the anxieties I was feeling, I started meditating following your prompts. I was tense in my shoulders and low on energy. To help myself relax, I first organized my room and turned on the fan, as its sound calms me. I then followed your meditation instructions, focusing on letting go. By the end, I felt calm, in a better mood, and more alert. Now, as I return to work, I feel refreshed. Thank you, and God bless!

  • This is my first time learning about mindfulness, and it really resonates with me. As a goal-driven person, I often feel overwhelmed by everything I want to accomplish—on top of all the unexpected things that come up daily. The speed at which problems need to be solved can create anxiety, especially when fueled by doubt. I’m excited to practice mindfulness with a sense of calm.
